Like a lot of Americans, I grew up in a household where investing, saving and being an entrepreneurial thinker were not emphasized.  And just like most Americans, I went through my teen years unaware of the possibilities. I was however, an aggressive saver, and got a great start and advice from my grandfather (my “papa”)(which sticks with me to this day) but looking back, I know I could have made much smarter choices if I had the right guidance.  However, I won’t be full of regret over this – now that I know better, I am making better decisions.  And that has become my personal mission – to help others benefit from what I have learned and help make sure the people I serve make better financial decisions.

After 17 years of working with all types of clients, I know what people need to help them align their finances to their goals and values.  I know that when we think one way but our money is going in another direction, it leads to INCONGRUENCE. Because I have worked with all kinds of financial challenges – for example: too much money/too little money, too much debt/need to qualify for financing, starting a business/retiring from work – I can coordinate a variety of plans – either simple or highly complex – which helps make sure my clients optimize their quality of life.

In addition to working with clients, You can find me giving free talks and workshops at such places as Tufts University, Medford Council on Aging, Brooksby Village, Linden Ponds, Watertown Senior Center, and various corporations.

I am often traveling to visit clients and am building a presence in the San Francisco Bay area. But you can also find me in Southwest Florida, Maine, and Rhode Island.   2. Long term ongoing relationships

 
One Time Planning/Consulting Relationships

Lets say you are looking for a specific item analyzed (e.g. such as your 401(k) options, insurance coverage, or trust account) or you want a one-time-only financial check up.  We would deliver the requested service in a timely manner.  This level of service is typically billed either hourly or flat fee by the task.

Ongoing, Long-term Relationship (WHA Client Community)

WHA Client Community members enjoy a higher level of service consisting of ten thorough deliverables and an exhaustive 110+ point checklist.

WHA Community Clients typically fit the following profile:

This level of service, which can be more or less comprehensive (based on client needs) is billed either by retainer or by assets-based fee.
